Junior Art Director (Bilingual) – Hybrid, Bogotá

About the role

Omnicom Production is seeking a bilingual Junior Art Director to join its creative team in Bogotá on a hybrid basis. The role blends strong visual design talent with meticulous production standards to create impactful digital experiences for large‑scale campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling creative assets across multiple digital channels.
• Design and execute campaigns for paid social, digital display, and e‑commerce environments.
• Create premium compositions using photo manipulation, image retouching, and strong layout design principles.
• Resolve visual hierarchy and content organization challenges with thoughtful design solutions.
• Build and maintain production‑ready files using Figma components, libraries, and design systems.
• Adapt creative concepts across various formats and specifications while preserving design integrity.
• Support the development and optimization of scalable templates and visual toolkits.
• Utilize automation tools and workflow efficiencies to enhance creative output.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate workflows and elevate creative execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2‑4+ years of experience in design, branding, advertising, or digital creative environments.
• Strong professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Online portfolio demonstrating solid design fundamentals, typography, layout, digital campaigns, and visual storytelling.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, design systems, responsive layouts, library management).
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Photo manipulation and image retouching.
• Layout design and visual hierarchy.
• Generative AI tools for creative acceleration.
• Figma automation tools and workflow optimization plugins.
• Understanding of digital design specifications for web, display, e‑commerce, and mobile.
