Junior Cash Application Specialist

About the role

The Junior Cash Application specialist will join the Accounts Receivable team to accurately process and apply customer payments. You will ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls while supporting daily bank reconciliations and month‑end closing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and apply incoming customer payments in the ERP system.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and support month‑end closing.
• Prepare and deliver regular reporting on cash application activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and banks to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to internal controls.

Required profile

• Technical, technologist, or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of GAAP and bank reconciliation processes.
• Preferred two years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts receivable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as BOSS.

What we offer

• Base salary of 2,600,000 (local currency).
• Transportation allowance of 200,000.
