About the role
The Junior Cash Application Specialist will process and apply customer payments within the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. This role supports daily cash application, bank reconciliations, month‑end close and reporting tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately process customer payments and apply them to open invoices.
- Perform bank reconciliations and support month‑end close activities.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and unapplied cash.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and banks to address issues.
Required profile
- Technical, Technologist or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum two years of experience in accounting, finance or accounts receivable (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of GAAP and bank reconciliation processes.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle.
- Experience with ERP systems such as BOSS.
