Junior Copywriter

About the role

The Junior Copywriter will create clear, engaging, brand‑consistent copy for digital campaigns across paid media, social, display, CRM and landing pages. Working under senior copywriters and the Creative Director, you will support marketing, product, CRM and performance teams while developing your writing skills within our brand tone.

Key responsibilities

• Write and adapt copy for digital campaigns (paid media, social, display, CRM, landing pages) following brand guidelines.
• Ensure brand voice consistency across all deliverables and adapt approved messaging for multiple formats and audiences.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and senior copywriters to execute effective campaigns.
• Apply feedback and produce copy iterations based on performance data such as A/B testing.
• Manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines and support the organization of the copy library and messaging guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Literature or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, preferably in digital environments.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in Spanish.
• Solid copywriting fundamentals (clarity, tone, structure, persuasion) and exposure to digital or performance marketing.
• Basic/intermediate English proficiency is preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta advertising platform.
• Experience with Google advertising platform.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for copy deployment.
• Ability to create and evaluate A/B testing variations.
