Junior HR Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Junior HR Analyst to support core HR operations and enhance the employee experience. This fully remote position works with HR, leadership, and staff to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations such as onboarding, off‑boarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and scheduling.
• Maintain HR systems, documentation, and data accuracy.
• Help drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
• Organize training, development, and other HR programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in human resources, people operations, or related administrative roles.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor practices, and the employee lifecycle.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Willingness to learn and grow within HR.
• Advanced level of English.
