Junior HR Operations Analyst

About the role

The Junior HR Operations Analyst supports HR transactions and data integrity across global HR systems, ensuring compliance with Schlumberger procedures and local legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR transactions such as hiring, promotion, transfer, suspension, termination, payments, deductions, and travel allowances.
• Maintain master data quality and perform regular data quality checks in the HR master database.
• Coordinate with Payroll Analysts to ensure accurate payroll data and meet deadlines.
• Process manual salary, bonus, and time data adjustments with appropriate approvals.
• Act as gatekeeper for SAP actions, ensuring compliance with internal procedures before processing.
• Respond to employee queries within established KPIs and close requests efficiently.
• Generate employment documents accurately and on time.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, audits, and service‑delivery meetings.
• Conduct research, analyze data, and provide ad‑hoc reports for assigned projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced/Fluent English (B2+/C1) and Spanish proficiency.
• Interest in payroll domain and strong attention to data privacy and protection guidelines.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP HR modules and master data management.
• Ability to perform data quality and integrity checks.
• Familiarity with HR transaction processes and documentation.
