Junior Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

GoCreators is seeking a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our remote team. You will help shape viral short‑format ad videos for apps by working closely with TikTok creators and UGC talent across the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns on TikTok.
• Create and manage content briefs for UGC creators.
• Monitor TikTok trends and incorporate them into campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of short‑form videos.
• Maintain strong relationships with creators and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in TikTok content creation.
• At least 2 years managing influencer marketing projects or working with UGC creators.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
