Junior Logistics Distribution Support

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, bilingual Distribution Support Specialist to join our logistics team in Barranquilla. The role focuses on daily distribution and fulfillment operations, ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently and inventory records remain accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution with timely follow‑up.
• Maintain and monitor customer inventory records in internal systems.
• Process customer orders and generate cargo release documentation.
• Update operational data and shipment information accurately in company systems.
• Prepare and process invoices related to distribution and logistics services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee order accuracy and timely execution.
• Monitor inventory movements and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Support daily distribution operations while complying with procedures and service standards.
• Generate reports and maintain documentation for inventory, orders, and billing activities.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, distribution, logistics, inventory management, or order processing.
• Knowledge of inventory control and fulfillment processes.
• Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) preferred.
