Junior Programmer

About the role

GO MVP is a corporate communications agency focused on internal and external processes, combining technology to deliver 360 solutions for its clients, from prospect generation and CRM to project management and corporate communications. As a Zoho Partner, it implements automation across the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Projects, Books, Desk, Recruit, Contracts, Analytics, Creator, etc.) and integrates Zoho with other platforms. It is looking for a motivated Junior Programmer to turn program specifications into code and automations, mainly in the Zoho One environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate program specifications into logical programming sequences and then into code, and implement them on clients' platforms.
• Study specifications to understand performance expectations and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with Senior Programmers to plan coding and overall program development.
• Research solutions to coding and performance issues.
• Perform trial runs in later coding stages and fix existing and potential issues.
• Document control language for advanced troubleshooting reference documents.
• Update the project manager regularly on progress and time estimations.
• Help train clients in their customized programs, and advance your own development through industry organizations, publications and education.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming.
• English speaking and writing is a must.
• High attention to detail, persistent and positive attitude.
• Full understanding of software fundamentals and creative problem solving.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Zoho One environment or Zoho apps.
