Junior Project Manager (Creative)

About the role

The Creative Junior Project Manager role is designed to develop and refine project‑management skills while ensuring high‑quality client deliverables. You will own internal workflows, keep teams informed, and drive collaboration from project start to successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs, trackers).
• Integrate AI tools where appropriate.
• Schedule and run team meetings with clear agendas and capture meeting notes.
• Facilitate communication across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production and other departments.
• Identify potential issues early and propose proactive solutions.
• Manage designer and editor schedules, oversee growing project plans, and occasionally attend new‑business pitches.
• Assist a Senior PM on larger clients and eventually manage a small client independently.
• Foster collaboration among global teammates in LATAM and US hubs.
