Junior Salesforce Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support the day‑to‑day administration and optimisation of our Salesforce environment. The role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of hands‑on experience who enjoy troubleshooting, user support, data management and configuring Salesforce automation tools.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide daily user support.
• Create and maintain fields, page layouts, objects and other configurations.
• Build, maintain and update reports and dashboards.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Salesforce Flows and automations.
• Develop and update document merge templates.
• Perform data imports, updates, cleansing and general maintenance.
• Manage the support/request backlog and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks and work independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Advanced English communication skills (B2+/C1).
