Junior Social Media Virtual Assistant (Community Engagement)

About the role

A US-based firm supporting business owners and entrepreneurs through entity formation, tax strategy, business credit development and asset protection is hiring a junior social media virtual assistant for client engagement and community management. The role focuses on daily community interaction, CRM tracking, client engagement and coordination between Sales, Marketing and Executive Leadership, without creating graphics or running paid ads. It is fully remote for candidates living in Latin America, at 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and engage daily across Skool, Facebook groups, Discord and internal client portals, replying in the voice of company leadership
• Look up each interacting user in Salesforce (CRM) to separate existing clients from warm leads and log interaction notes
• Route warm leads to Sales Team Leads and escalate urgent client issues via Slack
• Join new Facebook and Skool groups on behalf of leadership and track networking contacts and proposals
• Flag competitor program mentions and keep daily handoff records in Google Sheets

Required profile

• Proven experience as a social media contractor, community manager or client engagement specialist
• Advanced written and spoken English (C1/C2) able to sound professional yet approachable
• High attention to detail and discretion when representing executive leadership online
• Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is strongly preferred

Required skills

• Basic hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Comfort with Facebook Groups, Discord, Slack and community platforms such as Skool
• Nice to have: familiarity with real estate investing, e-commerce or business formation/tax concepts, and Google Sheets for task tracking
