Junior Treasury Operations Analyst

About the role

A company is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Treasury Operations Analyst to support daily treasury activities and cash management operations. The role suits finance professionals with 1 to 2 years of experience who want to develop their expertise in Treasury and Corporate Finance. The analyst supports cash positioning, banking activities, reconciliations, reporting and forecasting, working with Accounting and Finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cash positioning and maintain cash reporting.
• Execute treasury transactions such as wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Prepare and review bank account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support short-term cash forecasting and validate financial data.
• Maintain treasury documentation and banking records, and track intercompany funding balances.
• Prepare recurring treasury reports and assist with cash flow analysis.
• Support audits, compliance and internal control requirements.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A and other finance teams, and take part in process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking Operations or Financial Analysis.
• Understanding of financial statements and cash flow concepts.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• English communication skills.
• Preferred: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), banking platforms or treasury management systems, and cash management experience.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.
