Junior Video Editor

About the role

Dapta, an AI-powered automation company with more than 40,000 users worldwide, is looking for a Junior Video Editor to join its Marketing team. The editor will create high-quality, fast-moving video content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and paid ads.
• Record and edit videos from concept to final delivery.
• Turn ideas into engaging visual assets quickly and efficiently.
• Use AI tools to increase speed, creativity and production quality.
• Optimize content based on feedback and performance data.
• Maintain visual consistency with Dapta's brand guidelines and continuously improve editing style, pacing and storytelling.

Required profile

• English at B2+ level, written and spoken.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or video editing tools such as Premiere, After Effects or CapCut.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, etc.) or strong interest in using AI in creative workflows.
• Open to feedback and fast iteration, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Bonus: understanding of performance-driven content, editing with hooks and retention in mind, basic motion graphics, experience in a startup or high-growth environment, and tracking content performance.
