Key Account Manager, CCA

About the role

The Key Account Manager, CCA will be the primary point of contact within Axis for major end‑customer accounts across Panama, Colombia and Guatemala. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to deepen relationships and drive growth of Axis security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned major accounts, from inception through transition and ongoing strategic development.
• Lead sales and implementation activities, including presentations, proposals, pilot installations, integration testing and post‑sale support.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources (sales, business development, marketing, technical services) to deliver seamless solutions.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive account documentation such as meeting minutes, designs, CRM entries and tracking tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, key‑account management, sales engineering or project management within video and physical security markets.
• Willingness to travel 50‑70% of the time.

Required skills

• Strong account management and strategic planning abilities.
• Technical proficiency with video transport protocols, compression technologies and security camera systems.
• Experience creating design documentation (site surveys, camera placement, Visio, CAD, schematics).
• Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred).
