Key Account Manager – Colombia

About the role

Jsolar Tracker is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to lead sales activities in Colombia. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and ensuring the successful delivery of solar tracker solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers across Colombia.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the company’s sales plan for the region.
• Identify, negotiate, and close contracts with key accounts, managing the full sales cycle from forecasting to payment collection.
• Coordinate with internal departments and back‑office teams to guarantee product availability and timely delivery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with key accounts to understand technical, financial, logistical, and marketing needs.
• Analyze customer data, produce regular reports, and present activity updates to the sales director.
• Represent Jsolar Tracker at local and national exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the solar sector.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or B2B sales, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Analytical mindset with experience preparing sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Willingness to travel within Colombia and represent the company at industry events.
