About the role
The Key Account Manager will lead strategic accounts in Colombia, building high‑level relationships and delivering tailored solutions that drive sustainable growth. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will align commercial strategies with customer needs and ensure long‑term account performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic company accounts, ensuring consistent performance and growth.
- Develop and implement customized solutions to enhance product competitiveness.
- Build and maintain senior‑level and C‑suite relationships to expand market presence.
- Partner with multiple business units to align account strategies and support stabilization initiatives.
- Define, track, and manage KPIs to evaluate sales success.
- Lead the creation and execution of short‑, medium‑, and long‑term account strategies.
- Achieve account budgets while supporting all business units across Colombia.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- At least 3 years managing C‑suite stakeholders and strategic or corporate accounts.
- English proficiency at B2‑C1 level (Upper‑Intermediate to Advanced).
- Preferred experience in medical device companies.
