Kitchen Assistant – Culinary Support Role

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cold and hot foods, including pre‑preparation of raw materials.
• Clean and disinfect raw materials, supplies, and kitchen equipment following Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Handle and organize ingredients, tools, and utensils required for each service.
• Package and distribute orders within the stipulated time frames for each client request.
• Maintain operational records and adhere to company quality and productivity criteria.
