About the role

As a Kitchen Leader at Pret a Manger you will ensure the consistent preparation of delicious food while leading and inspiring your team to deliver excellence every day.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high food quality standards and a safe, clean kitchen environment.
• Lead, coach and motivate the kitchen team, promoting Pret’s core values.
• Manage stock counts and complete administrative tasks accurately.
• Work closely with managers to oversee shift performance and resolve issues quickly.

What we offer

• Base pay rate of £14.10 per hour.
• £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus after training.
