Kronos / UKG Time & Attendance Assistant

About the role

PriceSmart is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Kronos / UKG Assistant to support Payroll and Human Resources teams in managing employee time and attendance at a national level.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor employee time and attendance records through the Kronos platform, including clock‑ins, clock‑outs, meal breaks and overtime.
• Enter and maintain work schedules, absences, leaves, and other time‑related employee changes.
• Support managers and supervisors with schedule and attendance inquiries and provide Kronos access coordination.
• Assist the Payroll team by delivering accurate time data for payroll processing and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports on attendance, overtime, absenteeism and productivity for Finance and club operations.
• Maintain HR records related to attendance, medical leave and disciplinary actions, and support HR reporting needs.

Required profile

• University studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field; degree preferred.
• Previous experience in HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance or employee administration.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.

Required skills

• Kronos or UKG time‑and‑attendance system.
• Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office proficiency.
