Land Development Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Land Development Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end land‑deal cycles remotely. You will combine civil‑engineering expertise with strong underwriting and project‑management skills to deliver profitable subdivide, entitlement and manufactured‑home‑on‑land projects.

Key responsibilities

• Own the cash conversion cycle for each deal, from acquisition to sale, and consistently beat the underwritten timeline.
• Underwrite land transactions using engineering judgment on lot yield, septic and percolation feasibility, grading and cost estimates.
• Manage relationships with surveyors, perc testers, county planners and contractors to accelerate deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (surveyors, civil engineers, utilities, planners) through subdivision, entitlement and construction phases.
• Oversee transaction coordination and disposition activities, chair weekly deal‑progress meetings.

Required profile

• Civil engineering degree with 3–7 years of hands‑on land‑development experience.
• Fast, precise work style with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Excellent spoken English with minimal accent for daily communication with US stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, career‑focused and eager to drive results.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (power‑user level) for underwriting models.
• Proficiency in CAD/GIS tools such as Civil 3D, ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Familiarity with US‑centric mapping and municipal software (Bluebeam, Regrid, LandGlide) – nice‑to‑have.
