LATAM 4P Commercial Compute Manager

About the role

The LATAM 4P Commercial Compute Manager defines, orchestrates, and executes the regional 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategy to drive profitable growth and market share across Latin America. Acting as the business navigator, the role aligns global priorities with local market realities and ensures cohesive go‑to‑market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and plan bi‑annual and full‑year 4P strategies for SMB, Enterprise, and Public segments.
• Develop product portfolios, pricing models, distribution routes, and demand‑generation campaigns.
• Lead negotiations on CPU pricing, rebates, and marketing development funds (MDF).
• Design and manage channel incentive programs, internal sales incentives, and strategic funding.
• Deploy the LATAM 4P plan across countries, enable localized game plans, and provide sales enablement tools.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, contribution margin, market share, mix, and unit volume; run regular performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product, sales, marketing, finance, and alliance partners (Intel, AMD, NVIDIA).

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial strategy, product management, or go‑to‑market leadership within the technology sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across regional and global teams.
