LCL Export Operations Specialist – International Logistics

About the role

Join a growing U.S. logistics operation as an LCL Export Operations Specialist. You will support international freight operations from our Bogotá office, coordinating export shipments and consolidation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate LCL export and consolidation shipments.
• Prepare weekly load plans and rail/IPI shipments.
• Coordinate pickups, CFS deliveries and warehouses.
• Process dock receipts, AES filings and forwarding instructions.
• Review DG/Hazmat documentation.
• Monitor shipment milestones, delays and updates.
• Communicate with customers, carriers and warehouses.
• Complete pre‑alerts and billing accurately and on time.
• Resolve operational issues and provide alternative solutions.

Required profile

• Organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Experience in LCL/FCL, ocean freight, freight forwarding or international logistics.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and export documentation.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• English proficiency required.
