Lead FullStack Software Engineer with AI

About the role

We are seeking a Lead FullStack Software Engineer to own end‑to‑end development of an AI‑first auto repossession and remarketing platform serving millions of users across Europe. You will shape architecture, drive technical decisions, and ensure the system scales, remains resilient, and leverages AI where it adds real value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve critical services that support auto repossession and remarketing workflows.
• Incorporate LLMs and AI‑driven components for data validation, document processing, and operational decision‑making.
• Lead architectural discussions, enforce high‑quality standards, and reduce technical debt.
• Own the full software lifecycle—from design and development to deployment, operation, and iteration.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a collaborative, agile environment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering complex, production‑grade systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working with legacy codebases.
• Ownership mindset: you build it, you own it.
