Lead Human Resources Specialist – HR Business Partner

About the role

Kent is seeking a Lead Human Resources Specialist to act as an HR Business Partner for its energy projects. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‑on execution, supporting recruitment, onboarding, policy guidance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and selection, designing attraction strategies, managing alliances and using specialised tools to pre‑select qualified candidates.
• Create and maintain employee records on the Oracle Workforce Management platform, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Develop and update job profiles for project‑specific and core personnel.
• Publish vacancies on authorised public employment platforms in line with Hydrocarbons sector regulations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present audit findings on recruitment and selection processes.
• Act as the reference point for HR policies, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to innovate HR processes, SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
• Build trusted partnerships with frontline and mid‑level leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Design and facilitate dynamic HR training sessions and presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field with a specialization in Human Talent Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Talent, including at least 5 years in Talent Acquisition; experience in Oil & Gas is desirable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute day‑to‑day tasks and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
• Commitment to HSSEQ standards and compliance.
