Lead Manager – Real Estate Investment Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Manager to serve as the first point of contact for our real‑estate investment firm. You will handle inbound calls from warm seller leads, build rapport, and qualify prospects to set appointments for our acquisition team. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound leads and conduct outbound follow‑ups.
• Gather detailed information on seller motivation, property condition, and asking price using professional discovery techniques.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Acquisition Managers.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Act as an authority figure on the phone, overcoming objections with empathy.
• Suggest improvements to the lead funnel and solve problems independently.
• Monitor and manage the 24/7 AI assistant to ensure smooth lead hand‑off.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in lead management, appointment setting, or sales; real‑estate wholesaling experience preferred.
• Documented history of long‑term commitment in previous roles.
• Exceptional verbal communication with an authoritative tone.
• High‑initiative, self‑motivated mindset.
