Learning & Development Young Professional (Remote)

About the role

Join a global technology company as a Learning & Development Young Professional. You will support the design, coordination and delivery of training programs while gaining hands‑on experience in a remote, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistics for workshops, training sessions and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning content.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) by organizing and updating content.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to help improve learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure the impact of training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
