Legal Counsel – Media Agencies (Andean & Central America)

About the role

WPP is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its Media agencies across the Andean and Central America region. Based in Colombia, you will work under the Legal Director LATAM and help mitigate risk by reviewing and negotiating contracts for clients and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with WPP policies.
• Approve contracts, manage signatures, and maintain an organized archive of legal documents.
• Provide legal comments on RFPs, bids and policy terms, and keep the contract platform up‑to‑date.
• Manage relationships with external counsel, monitor litigation and handle corporate procedures.
• Support labor‑related issues and assist with internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Legal professional with a specialization or master’s degree in contract, commercial or related law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract and corporate law, preferably within multinational companies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
