Legal Intern

About the role

Bizagi is looking for a motivated Legal Intern to support its Legal & Compliance department. This position offers a hands‑on opportunity to learn corporate legal processes, document management, and regulatory compliance in a fast‑growing technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, organizing and digitizing legal documents and contracts.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date contract matrix and document repository.
• Conduct basic legal research and monitor current regulations.
• Help prepare legal reports, compliance matrices and other documentation.
• Execute operational tasks such as uploading files, coordinating signatures, and following up with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Draft meeting minutes, agendas and provide administrative support to the legal team.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
• Adhere to data‑protection, ISMS and occupational safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written communication, spelling and reading comprehension.
• Interest in technology, software companies and data‑protection topics.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of commercial, labor or corporate law.
• Familiarity with handling legal documents and basic compliance concepts.
• Ability to perform elementary legal research.
