Legal Operator – On‑Site Personal Injury Support

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Legal Operator to join our on‑site team and support personal injury cases. The role focuses on conducting phone interviews, gathering case information, and assisting attorneys with documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone interviews with clients, witnesses, and other relevant parties to collect case details.
• Document and summarize interview information accurately, maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and case‑related materials based on gathered data.
• Coordinate with clients and external sources to obtain necessary records, evidence, and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized records of all conversations and information in compliance with legal procedures.
• Provide regular updates to the legal team to ensure smooth case progression.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in a legal environment or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the legal team.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, document management, and case file organization.
