About the role

Patexia has a growing team in Bogotá, and we're looking for a sharp person with a growth mindset to join it. You'll run data‑backed lateral recruiting on the Lateral Compass team — matching attorneys and U.S. law firms on proven performance and real case history.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, and legal professionals.
• Work with hiring partners and recruiting teams to understand hiring needs.
• Identify and approach qualified attorney candidates using Patexia's proprietary database and tools.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach through placement.
• Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and opportunity presentation.
• Provide market insight and strategic guidance to candidates and clients.
• Develop long‑term relationships in the legal market and shape recruiting strategy with leadership.

Required profile

• Background in business development, legal recruiting, or executive recruiting.
• Growth mindset – sharp, curious, and eager to learn the U.S. legal market.
• Excellent written and spoken English to work directly with U.S. attorneys and law firms.
• AI‑capable – able to leverage modern tools as a multiplier.
• Ownership and follow‑through across the full lifecycle.
