Line Handler and Dumper Operator

About the role

Baxter is hiring a line handler and dumper operator in Cali. The role is a manufacturing position in which you unload and manually stack products according to the production schedule, meeting quality, productivity and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Comply with health, safety, environmental and quality regulations (GMP), supply chain safety, energy management systems and corporate policies, including the 2005 Decree 4725 for medical devices.
• Keep lines clear and carry out mass inspections following established procedures.
• Check and sign production cart loading records, unload according to requirements and report excesses or shortages.
• Manage the POMS program, take samples for physical-finish and sterility evaluation, record scrap, run partial product counts and verify box counts during palletizing.
• Check the electric forklift, complete the daily checklist and ensure proper equipment handover.
• Follow safety, GMP, 6S, occupational health and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Academic degree holder.
• At least 1 year of experience in production processes and/or maintenance.
• People trained as mechanics, electricians, electronics technicians or similar fields may also apply.

Required skills

• Knowledge of BPM and BPD is desirable.
• Industrial safety standards, quality systems, computer tools and electric forklift operation are desirable.
