Local SEO Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Wisevu is seeking a full‑time Remote Local SEO Specialist to boost the local search visibility of its diverse client base, which includes medical practices, home service companies, and charities. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute proven local SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize Google Business Profiles for each client.
• Manage and build local citations, ensuring NAP consistency across directories.
• Conduct local keyword research and implement on‑page and technical SEO improvements.
• Apply local schema markup and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content, outreach, and web development teams to align local search tactics.
• Participate in client calls to report results and align SEO work with business goals.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of local SEO ranking factors and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Experience with citation building, NAP consistency, and local directory management.
• Proven ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in a remote environment.
