About the role
Circle Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistic Sales Representative to manage a personal book of business, connecting carriers with customers to ensure timely freight movement. The role blends inside sales, account management, and relationship building within a fast‑paced transportation environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide and negotiate freight rates with carriers.
- Manage daily shipments to guarantee on‑time pick‑up and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategy and account implementation.
- Communicate load details and updates to carriers, customers, and colleagues.
- Resolve transportation issues promptly and professionally.
- Procure new carriers based on volume and lane density.
- Maintain market knowledge of shipping lanes, geography, and seasonality.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals.
Required profile
- Must reside in Colombia.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Freight brokerage or account management experience (preferred).
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Drive.
