Logistics Account Coordinator – Bogotá

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a strategic and motivated Logistics Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Bogotá. You will play a key part in managing inbound and outbound freight, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of inbound and outbound freight while monitoring daily priorities and weekly transportation targets.
• Ensure carrier compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze lane data, on‑time performance and costs to negotiate rates with customers and third‑party carriers.
• Communicate with brokers, carriers and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Obtain shipment rates, negotiate with logistics service providers, select 3PL partners, and track/expedite shipments.
• Verify and troubleshoot shipping or customs documentation such as PODs, BOLs and carrier confirmations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry.
• Experience with full‑truck‑load (FTL) shipments and familiarity with North American geography.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Based in Bogotá.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
