Logistics Account Manager

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Logistics Account Manager to strengthen relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities across North America. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that client needs are met through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure accurate pricing and successful onboarding.
• Participate in rate matrix reviews, calculations, and preparation of bid presentations.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and product innovations.
• Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors.
• Support the Customer Service Manager in delivering optimal transportation solutions.
• Coordinate meetings with prospects, sales teams, and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience in transportation or logistics (preferred).
• Recent degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing accounts, presenting proposals, and closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
• Negotiation and closing skills.
• Understanding of pricing and rate calculation processes.
