Logistics Analyst - Remote

About the role

The Logistics Analyst manages logistics processes, ensures compliance with internal policies and cost-effectiveness in hardware acquisitions, and uses data-driven insights to support the company's hardware needs. The role interacts with most parts of the company, builds relationships with supply chain partners and drives cost reduction and service improvements, while keeping the hardware network reliable and efficient. It is offered remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process shipping requests through Jira
• Update SAP for inventory management
• Manage hardware requests, warranties and renewals
• Analyze assigned inventory using SAP and Jira
• Create retrieval requests

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain or procurement
• Background managing hardware, physical assets or inventory
• Experience coordinating international shipments and courier services
• Advanced English
• Preferred: IT industry background, experience with global teams, and managing the hardware lifecycle from procurement to retrieval

Required skills

• SAP and Jira
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Ticketing systems or operational workflows
