Logistics Billing & Payroll Coordinator (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

A transportation and logistics company based in Columbus, Ohio, is looking for an organized, analytical Logistics Billing & Payroll Coordinator to support driver pay verification, shipment billing accuracy and transportation record management. The position is remote, paid $1,400 USD, and requires C1/C2 English. You will work mainly in Google Sheets, customer portals and the company's in-house transportation management system (TMS).

Key responsibilities

• Driver pay verification: check driver and owner-operator activity from TMS reports, verify completed routes and deliveries, calculate and allocate pay using established pay sheets and market-specific rules, enter pay data and investigate missing or inconsistent information.
• Shipment billing and rate reconciliation: compare recorded charges against quotes, rate tables and tariff sheets, flag underbilling or missing charges, and coordinate resolution with the operations team.
• Data management: build and maintain organized spreadsheets using formulas, sorting, filtering and lookups, and prepare summaries of completed work and outstanding items.
• Documentation: verify delivery completion using shipment references such as PRO numbers, upload proof of delivery and other supporting documents, and follow up on missing paperwork.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, billing support, data entry or a related role.
• Clear written and spoken English for communication with a U.S.-based team.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and handle confidential financial and driver information with good judgment.

Required skills

• Working proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering and lookups.
• Preferred: experience with logistics, transportation billing, driver settlements or payroll; familiarity with TMS platforms, rate tables and proof-of-delivery documents; lookup functions, conditional formulas or pivot tables; AI tools for data organization.
