About the role
Real Matter is seeking a full‑time Logistics Coordinator to join its on‑site team in Medellín. You will oversee the complete shipment lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations without constant follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Manage shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, warehouses, and customers.
- Track loads and resolve issues proactively.
- Handle appointment scheduling, updates, and customer communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient and profitable operations.
- Oversee multiple loads simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- C1‑level English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drayage, FTL, or both.
- Proven ability to manage the full logistics cycle.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills under pressure.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently without micromanagement.
Required skills
- Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with logistics software.
