Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator ensures smooth transportation operations by scheduling appointments, managing load data, and maintaining constant communication with clients and internal teams. This position demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple communication channels efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm pick‑up and delivery appointments based on estimated time of arrival.
• Create, update, and monitor loads in the client’s Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Review and accurately upload tender information.
• Continuously monitor emails and shared documents to keep information up‑to‑date.
• Maintain communication through Microsoft Teams, Slack, Gmail, and Outlook.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate any issues to the appropriate point of contact.
• Ensure loads are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum six months of experience in logistics or transportation coordination.
• Familiarity with Revanova TMS is a plus.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.

Required skills

• Experience with a Transportation Management System (e.g., Revanova TMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Slack, Gmail, and Outlook for daily communication.
