Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator with 1–3 years of Track & Trace experience to monitor shipments and maintain real‑time visibility throughout the transportation process. The role involves working with U.S. domestic ground freight, carriers, drivers and internal teams to ensure shipments move according to plan.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments using phone, email and Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms.
• Maintain accurate load statuses, pickup and delivery milestones, ETAs, arrival/departure times and location updates.
• Coordinate pickup appointments, confirm shipment details with carriers and drivers, and manage pre‑alerts.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, planners and internal teams to support smooth execution.
• Identify, communicate and promptly escalate delays, discrepancies or other operational issues.
• Document and forward Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and other required paperwork.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Track & Trace, logistics, transportation or related operations.
• Full‑time availability, including night shifts and weekends.
• Knowledge of U.S. domestic ground freight (FTL, LTL, intermodal) and shipment lifecycle milestones.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, with English level B2+.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience with e2open TMF and/or Descartes Aljex (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
