Logistics Coordinator (Overnight)

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator supports Veho’s delivery performance during overnight hours. You will manage daily logistics operations, communicate with warehouses and third‑party carriers, and ensure load and rate data are accurate. The role requires flexibility to handle last‑minute bookings and troubleshoot delays.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily logistics operations and maintain smooth execution.
• Track, troubleshoot, and recover from delivery delays.
• Book last‑minute loads and update internal logistics systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Veho’s warehouses and third‑party carriers.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile load information daily.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset with the ability to multitask.
• Collaborative, human‑centric attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
