Logistics Coordinator / Scheduler

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator / Scheduler to join our logistics team. In this role you will manage pickup and delivery appointments, keep order and shipment data up‑to‑date, and act as the communication hub between customers, carriers, warehouses and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments for multiple customers using various platforms and email channels.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to obtain and confirm appointment dates.
• Enter and maintain accurate order and shipment information in the designated systems.
• Monitor appointment schedules, follow up on pending confirmations, and update any changes promptly.
• Provide cross‑functional support for recurring operational activities and assist internal partners as needed.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve scheduling or order‑entry issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within logistics systems.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in scheduling, logistics coordination, order entry, or a related operational role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2‑C1).
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, and customer‑service oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with McLeod or similar Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
