Low-Code / No-Code Automation Engineer

About the role

Huzzle connects professionals with full-time remote roles in client teams across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. It is hiring a Low-Code / No-Code Automation Engineer to design, build and optimise the company's internal systems architecture. This is a hands-on builder role: you will connect tools, automate workflows and build scalable infrastructure. The engagement is listed as independent contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced Google Sheets systems for tracking, reporting and automation
• Build and manage multi-step automations with Zapier and/or Make
• Implement and troubleshoot API integrations, webhooks and tool connections
• Structure and optimise Notion as an internal knowledge base and workflow hub
• Create and refine AI-powered workflows using tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
• Identify operational bottlenecks and build automation solutions proactively
• Document systems and processes so they are scalable, clear and usable over time

Required profile

• Strong, hands-on expertise in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, automation logic, structured data)
• Proven experience building workflows in Zapier and/or Make (Integromat)
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and system integrations
• Experience structuring Notion for operational clarity and scalability
• AI-native mindset with experience using ChatGPT, Claude and similar tools
• Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven and proactive, able to build systems without step-by-step instruction
• Experience designing full-stack operational systems in early-stage companies, and connecting CRM, marketing and fulfillment systems
