M&A IT Integration Project Manager

About the role

Gallagher is looking for an M&A IT Integration Project Manager to help lead technology workstreams for mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with business, operations and information technology teams to deliver smooth and successful integrations, connecting people, systems and processes while helping teams navigate change.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver successful technology integrations for M&A across the business, partnering with business and technology teams to create clear integration plans and drive execution.
• Support application, infrastructure and data migration activities while minimizing business disruption.
• Build strong relationships across teams and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the integration journey.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies and challenges and help teams find practical solutions.
• Provide meaningful project updates so leaders can make informed decisions.
• Contribute to projects that help Gallagher grow and strengthen its global capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of information technology project management experience supporting complex enterprise initiatives.
• Experience with M&A, technology integrations, system migrations or large-scale transformation programs.
• Solid understanding of application portfolios, technology integrations, data migrations and enterprise systems.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams and to communicate confidently with leaders and project teams at all levels.
• Additional helpful experience: insurance, financial services, professional services or other highly regulated industries; exposure to cloud migrations, application rationalization and enterprise technology platforms.
