Maintenance Associate

About the role

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for executing maintenance activities according to the Maintenance Program and ensuring equipment is delivered on time to meet operational demand. Working within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base, the role supports initiatives that improve cost of service delivery, maintenance efficiency, productivity, and asset availability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform higher‑level maintenance tasks under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician.
• Adhere to transactional discipline in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems and accurately capture maintenance data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and division‑specific TLM standards.
• Maintain and develop competency through the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.

Required profile

• Technical studies in welding.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Approximately 14 years of relevant experience.
• Specific experience in metal structure fabrication, boiler repair, and repair of stabilizers, trimillers, junkmillers, fishing grinders, and drill bits.
