Management Consultant Analyst – LATAM

About the role

Sigmoid Analytics is seeking a Management Consultant Analyst to support its LATAM operations. The role focuses on data‑analytics strategy and helps clients turn business challenges into data‑driven solutions. You will work remotely, collaborating with senior consultants and cross‑functional teams across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in delivering business consulting projects that generate actionable insights.
• Create reports and presentations that inform client decision‑making.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to develop tailored growth and efficiency strategies.
• Translate business requirements into data, functional, and architecture specifications together with Data Analytics and Product teams.
• Define and support User Acceptance Testing procedures.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders in both Spanish and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on business strategy.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
• Interest in serving clients across LATAM and willingness to drive strategic transformation.
• 2+ years of experience in a business‑related role is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and make things happen.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using Power BI or similar business‑analysis tools.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
