Management Consultant – LATAM

About the role

Sigmoid Analytics is looking for a Management Consultant to lead data‑analytics strategy projects across Latin America. The role is remote‑first with a base in Bogotá, Colombia, and involves turning complex business challenges into actionable, data‑driven solutions for regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements focused on data‑analytics strategy, delivering insights that improve operations and drive growth.
• Collaborate with client senior leaders to define business needs, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Work closely with internal Data Analytics and Product teams to shape data models, architecture, and user‑acceptance testing procedures.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly in both Spanish and English to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Support implementation, measurement, and change‑management activities to ensure recommendations are realized.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business consulting, strategy or operations, preferably working with C‑level executives.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert business problems into data‑driven strategies.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in Spanish and English.
• Interest in serving clients across the LATAM region and a passion for technology‑enabled transformation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Experience using Power BI or similar business‑intelligence tools.
