Manager, Airport Experiences

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Airport Experiences to lead the development, optimization, and delivery of airport benefit programs, including the new Mastercard Collection Travel Pillar. The role involves managing partner relationships and ensuring seamless execution across product, services, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Align card benefits strategy with product teams and deliver airport benefits that enhance customer value.
• Identify and execute go‑to‑market strategies to grow revenue from airport benefits.
• Serve as primary contact for strategic partners, negotiate agreements, and monitor performance against SLAs.
• Coordinate benefit initiatives across card product teams and integrate them into platform roadmaps.
• Track product KPIs, partner performance, and ROI to inform strategic decisions.
• Support global asset development, vendor management, and issuer communication across regions.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, partnerships, or related roles within payments, financial services, or travel loyalty programs.
• Proven track record of managing high‑value partner relationships.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
