Manager, Delivery Management

About the role

You will be accountable for the successful delivery and operational follow‑up of Amadeus solutions for assigned airline customers in the Americas region. The role ensures contracted delivery activities are executed on time, with quality, and aligned with customer priorities while maintaining stability after implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track and execute delivery of services, changes and enhancements across Amadeus solutions according to agreed timelines and scope.
• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for airline partners, facilitating governance meetings, providing executive updates and managing escalations.
• Coordinate internal Amadeus teams – Delivery, Operations, Product, Implementation and Account Management – to guarantee end‑to‑end delivery alignment.
• Validate dependencies, readiness and handovers, and ensure rigorous governance, reporting and documentation compliance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in project delivery or solution integration, preferably in airline technology.
• Deep experience in airline IT delivery with strong knowledge of PSS domains such as Reservations, Inventory and DCS.
• Excellent communication, priority management and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; project management or ITIL certifications are a plus.
